                    Le père de Mâr Georges s’appelait Gordien et était de la ville de Cappadoce.
                
                
                    ܘܗܟܢܐ ܗܘܬ ܣܗܕܘܬܗ ܩܕܡܝܬܐ ܕܡܪܝ ܓܐܘܪܓܝܣ. ܨܠܘܬܗ ܠܓܘܐ ܕܡܗܝ̈ܡܢܐ ܐܝܡܝܢ.
