“قرية شرقي حلب على نحو مرحلة كبيرة منها بالقرب من الفرات ومنها ينقل الملح الى سائر اعمال حلب” 2
“a town north of Aleppo, near the Euphrates, from which salt was brought to the province of Aleppo.” 3

In Dolabani's translation of Barsoum's description “ܐܟ” should read “ܐܝܟ” .
