“في كركر ذكر منذ سنة 1138 حتى 1600 وعام 1170 بنى البطريرك ميخائيل بيعته وتخرج فيه خمسة اساقفة” 2
“in Karkar, was built in 1138 and remained in existence until 1600. In 1170, Patriarch Michael the Great rebuilt its church. It produced five bishops.” 3
