A monastery north of Nisibis.
“at the foot of the Izla mountain, which overlooks Nisibin. Built at the end of the fourth or the start of the fifth century, it suffered many vicissitudes. The Nestorians held it for a long time, but we regained it at the end of the eighteenth century. It produced two bishops. At present it is inhabited by only one monk.” 3
