“ܠܬܰܝܡܢܗ ܡܰܥܪܒܳܝܐ ܕܡܰܪܕܝܢ ܒܰܝܢܳܬܗܝܢ ܬܪܶܝܢ ܦܰܪ̈ܣܚܐ ܒܕܳܪܐ ܕܰܬܠܳܬܰܥܣܪ ܡܕܝܢܬܳܐ ܗܘܳܬ ܪܒܬܐ. ܝܰܘܡܳܢܐ ܒܪܰܡ ܩܰܝܳܡܐ ܒܕܘܟܬܗ̇ ܩܰܣܛܪܐ ܕܡܶܬܶܐܡܰܪ ܠܗ ܩܶܙܶܠܬܰܦܰܗ ܗ̄ ܬܶܠܳܐ ܣܘܡܳܩܐ. ” 1
“جنوبي ماردين بينهما فرسخان كانت في القرن الثالث عشر بلدة عظيمة اما اليوم فهي قرية تسمى قوج حصار يجاورها قرية تل ارمن.” 2
“situated south of Mardin, Dunaysar was a large town in the thirteenth century. Today it is a small village, called Koç Hisar, near Tell al-Arman.” 3
