“ܗܿܢܘܢ ܕܚܘܒܢܐܝܬ ܘܪܚܡܐܝܬ ܡܩܒܠܝܢ ܠܐܟܣܢܝ̈ܐ: ܟܕ ܠܟܠ ܡܕܡ ܕܝܬܝܪ ܫܦܝܪ ܘܛܒ ܬܘܪܣܝܐ ܘܡܐܟܘܠܬܐ ܡܟܢܫܝܢ: ܥܠܬܐ ܕܫܪܘܬܐ ܘܕܒܣܡܐ ܥܒܕܝܢ ܠܗ ܠܩܘܒܠܐ ܕܗܿܢܘܢ ܕܐܬܘ ܠܘܬܗܘܢ.” 1
“Ceux qui reçoivent les étrangers affectueusement et amicalement, en réunissant les plus beaux et meilleurs aliments et nourritures, prennent prétexte d’un banquet et d’un festin pour recevoir ceux qui sont venus chez eux.” 1
